Clark's hit the ground running, with not only a new bar menu and ever changing restaurant menu, but also a rather fantastic sounding six course celebration for Valentine's Day. Caledonian - Deuchars IPA
The Edinburgh classic! Light, crisp, hoppy and perfectly balanced.
Youngs - Winter Warmer
100% malt brew, with Maris Otter and Crystal malt combining Fuggle and Golding hops. Young’s unique cane sugar mix is added to the copper during the brewing process.
Scottish Borders - Wild Harvest
Brewed with Sea Buckthorn which creates an intensely fruity, distinctive and very approachable flavour profile. Malty sweetness and floral hops are off-set by the tart fruit flavours to create a rounded and very easy-drinking pint.
Williams Bros - Birds and Bees
This bright, golden ale is a blend of pale malt, cascade and bobek hops with a late infusion of fresh elderflowers and lemon zest. Fruity, aromatic and deliciously refreshing.
Kelburn - Misty Law
A dry hoppy amber ale with a long-lasting bitter finish.
Stewarts - Edinburgh No3
A full bodied, smooth, cask conditioned ale, with an intense colour, rich malty taste and clean finish. Brewed using soft Scottish water, four types of malt, subtly balanced using only a small amount of the finest fresh hop cones.
Hadrian and Borders - Tyneside Blonde
A pale coloured thirst-quencher, using maris otter malt, wheat malt and an abundance of bittering and aromatic hops.

Live Music - Every Saturday!
Following the resounding success of our live music night a couple of weeks ago we've decided to make it a regular fixture! Led by Darren Hendrie and Friends it features classic tunes from the pros, and also an open mic element to give anybody who wants to a chance to show their talents off.
Every Saturday night from 8pm, and includes a free buffet!

Join us on Saturday the 2nd of November for a big night of live music - we'll have two live local acts, a free buffet and we'll be rounding the evening off with karaoke to let our customers (and maybe even Gav) strut their funky stuff!
It's all entirely free, just pop down, lubricate your vocal cords and let rip.

Drink Of The Month - The New Red Bull Range
Everybody knows Red Bull, they've taken the soft drinks market by storm over the last decade or so. Unusually, they're also the people behind one of the most successful F1 teams ever, Felix Baumgartner's multiple-record-breaking space dive and the exploits of many, many others, including Scottish trials rider Danny MacAskill.
Danny's "breakthrough" video started just around the corner on the ramparts of Edinburgh castle, but his latest one is something slightly different - and absolutely stunning. Stay tuned until the end for proof that he does fall off sometimes!
